By making a reservation and paying a deposit, you acknowledge and consent to the following terms and conditions:
- Right to Acceptance and Participation: We reserve the right to accept or decline any individual as a participant on the trip at any time. We also reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the itinerary or arrangements, with or without prior notice, to ensure the group’s best possible experience and safety.
- Minimum Group Requirement: This trip requires a minimum of 10 participants to guarantee departure. If the minimum number of participants still needs to be met, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the trip. Participants will be notified if any changes to the departure are necessary.
- Airline and Travel Arrangements: We are not liable for airline cancellation fees, change penalties, or other expenses incurred by participants for airfare purchased before official confirmation that the trip has met the minimum participation and is a confirmed departure. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel cancellation insurance, which would cover such costs in the event of trip cancellation or changes.
- Responsibility Disclaimer: We are not responsible, in whole or in part, for any delays, losses, accidents, personal injury, illness, medical expenses, or property damage incurred during the trip. This includes but is not limited to incidents caused by third-party vendors, natural events, or any other causes beyond our control. All participants are responsible for their safety, well-being, and personal belongings throughout the trip.
- Personal Health and Medical Care: Each participant is responsible for their health and wellness before, during, and after the trip. We are not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions or health issues during the trip. We encourage all participants to consult with their healthcare provider before the trip and to bring any necessary medications. Participants are also responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the trip.
- Travel and Health Insurance: Participants are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel and health insurance, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation coverage. We are not responsible for any costs related to medical emergencies, evacuations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Third-Party Vendors: We partner with third-party service providers, transportation companies, hotels, guides, and suppliers. While we aim to work with reputable providers, we are not liable for any errors, delays, accidents, or incidents caused by these third parties. Any disputes or issues that arise from third-party services are the responsibility of the participant and the service provider.
- Risks of Travel and Cultural Sensitivity: Participants acknowledge that there may be inherent risks involved in travel, especially in unfamiliar locations and environments. We are not liable for discomfort, inconvenience, or issues related to cultural differences, local customs, or laws. Participants are encouraged to approach the trip with an open mind and respect for local customs and artistic practices.
- Changes to Itinerary or Activities: We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, activities, or accommodations as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, safety concerns, or other factors. Participants understand that such changes are made in the interest of group safety and quality of experience, and we are not responsible for any inconveniences that may arise from these changes.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from events outside our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or other “acts of God.” In such cases, any refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Responsibility for Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the trip. We recommend that participants keep valuables secure and avoid bringing irreplaceable or expensive items.
- Behavior and Conduct: All participants must behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, staff, guides, and the local community. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the trip if their behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate. No refunds will be provided in such cases, and any additional expenses incurred will be the participant’s responsibility.
- Environmental and Safety Risks: Certain locations and activities may involve physical challenges or risks (such as hiking, swimming, or other outdoor activities). Participants acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily and accept responsibility for their safety. It is recommended that participants assess their own physical abilities and health conditions before joining the trip.
- Limit of Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the trip, and we are not liable for any additional expenses, damages, or losses incurred as a result of participation in the trip, whether direct or indirect.
- Visa and Entry Requirements: The participant must ensure they meet the visa and entry requirements for the destination. We are not liable for any costs, delays, or missed portions of the trip due to failure to meet visa or entry requirements.
We highly encourage all participants to consider these conditions carefully and secure appropriate travel and health insurance to cover unforeseen events. Our goal is to provide a memorable and safe journey, and we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding the terms above.
