Invitation to the Healing Wisdom of Ghana

We are thrilled to invite you to join us for the SpiritTech Healing Wisdom of Ghana Intensive Retreat. A transformative journey into the heart of West African spirituality, culture, and healing. This unique experience will be held in the spiritually rich lands of Ghana on February 7-17, 2025, and we would be honored to have you join us on this powerful path of discovery, healing, and growth.

What Is a Sacrificial Ritual?

Sacrificial rituals throughout history have been integral to spiritual and cultural practices. These rituals involve offerings to higher powers, diversely symbolizing gratitude, atonement, guidance, or ancestral appeasement. Ritual elements include offerings, invocations, and the act itself, culminating in personal and collective transformation, fostering spiritual growth and community unity.

Who Heals the Healer?

Healers, whether spiritual guides or therapists, carry immense emotional, mental, and spiritual burdens while helping others. This course explores how healers, often neglectful of their needs, can maintain their well-being through self-care practices like spiritual cleansing, solitude, rest, and emotional processing. Ultimately, healers must prioritize their health to continue their vital work.

Spiritualists in Ghana

Most spiritualists in Ghana are called fetish priests and priestesses—each with shrines and secret rooms where they consult with clients and perform rituals. These fetish priests are said to have been chosen by the gods and ancestors to represent them. Once selected, the spirits will embody, operate through, or instill their powers in the priest.
